Acknowledgement of Order: All orders are acknowledged either via fax, E-mail or through our website. Please contact factory immediately if changes are necessary. All changes must be done in writing or via E-mail. Confirmation of the order will follow acknowledgement.

PRODUCTION INFORMATION

Standard Production
Standard production time is 5 working days for accounts with credit terms or with ready prepayment. Production times are subject to change depending on stock, paper proofing, as well as quantity. Production begins after receipt of order, approved artwork, and approved payment terms. Contact factory for production time on larger quantity orders.

Rush Production
Rush service is available for 3-4 working day turnaround with a minimum $25.00/z or 10% of the order. Production begins after receipt of order, approved artwork, and approved payment terms. Contact factory for production time on larger quantity rush orders.

SUPER Rush Production
Super rush service is available for SAME day, 1, or 2 day turnaround with a minimum of $50.00/z or 20% of the order. Order(s), approved artwork, and approved payment terms MUST be received by factory at 2:00 pm Pacific Time to ship on the following or day after, or 9:00 am Pacific Time to be shipped on the SAME day. Service is available depending on stock and quantity of order.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Setup Charge: $40.00/v for setup of standard orders that require imprinting. Each additional color/location, add $40.00/v plus running charge.

Repeat Order: $20.00/v for setup of repeat orders of one color/one location. Each additional color/location, add $20.00/v plus running charge. Please specify the most recent P.O. number and/or STOPNGO Line Sales Order Number.

Paper Proof: $5.00/v. Allow 2-3 working days. Proof is REQUIRED on orders over $500.00. Production begins after receipt of written approval of proof.

Digital Proof: $10.00/v. Allow 2-3 working days. Proof will be in full color with imprint and colors sent via E-mail as a PDF File. Factory reserves the right to not provide digital proofs.

Pre-production Proof: Unit cost plus setup $50.00/z per color. Standard screen or setup charge per color still applies. Production begins after receipt of written approval of proof. Pre-production sample may be subject to being waived upon production.

Custom Shape Die Setup: $150.00/v. Allow extra working days to prep custom shape die setup.

Less Than Minimum: $25.00/z charge for less than minimum quantity orders plus standard additional fees that apply.

Hazardous Materials Shipping Fee: (applies to all lighter orders) $25.00/z charge per case for HazMat Shipping Fee via FedEx Ground $65.00/z charge per case for HazMat Shipping Fee via FedEx Priority Overnight

SHIPPING AND PACKING INFORMATION

Carrier: If a carrier is not specified, factory will use own judgment in selecting a best suited carrier to meet deadlines.

Shipping Weights/Charges: Weights shown in this catalog are used for approximate quotations only. Actual weight may vary based upon packaging and shipping options. STOPNGO Line is not responsible for differences in final freight charges versus initial quotations.

Blind Shipments: $10.00/v for each order. Please notify customer service of blind shipment requests when placing your order.

Drop Shipments: $10.00/v per location for more than three locations. F.O.B. Industry, CA. Please notify customer service of drop shipment requests.

Hazardous Materials Shipping Fee: (applies to all lighter orders) $25.00/z charge per case for HazMat Shipping Fee via FedEx Ground $65.00/z charge per case for HazMat Shipping Fee via FedEx Priority Overnight

MISC. INFORMATION

Claims and Returns: All claims must be submitted via E-mail or writing within thirty days of receipt of merchandise or will NOT be considered. Returns must be authorized and have a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted on discontinued or closeout items. Please refer to return policy section.

Sample Policy: Sample requests totaling $5.00 or less will be shipped at no charge via USPS. Please provide account number if samples wish to be sent via UPS or FedEx. Sample requests are subject to charge at any time dependent upon Samples Department.

Self Promotion: Please refer to next quantity pricing for individual items. Standard rush services still apply.

Blank Merchandise: Please refer to next column pricing for individual items. Merchandise will ship within 24 hours with available stock. Blank goods are subject to a $25.00/z service charge plus 10% restocking fee for the returned merchandise.

Over/Under-Runs: Efforts are made to ship exact quantities ordered, however for imprinted products, STOPNGO Line reserves the right to ship plus or minus 5% of order, and invoice accordingly.

Terms: Net 7, 15 or 30 terms are available to customers after three initial successful prepayment transactions. Credit limit will be determined by Accounting Department. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Payments will only be accepted in U.S. Dollars. $25.00 surcharge applies for bounced checks.

Authorization and Indemnification: By placing an order with STOPNGO Line, you automatically represent authority to order, purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc., identified and/or submitted with your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless STOPNGO Line, its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses, arising out of or related to infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright, or other right of such merchandise.
