Claims and Returns
All claims must be submitted via E-mail or writing within thirty days of receipt of merchandise or will NOT be considered. Claims authorized will be processed accordingly thereafter. Returns must be authorized and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. All sales are FINAL on discontinued or closeout items, no returns accepted. No credit or replacement merchandise will be issued for product unavailable for return to factory.
Return Policy
Any returns must be made within thirty days after receipt. There are no refunds on shipping and freight charges. Imprinted merchandise is non-refundable unless authorized. When returning merchandise authorized by the factory, all shipping charges must be prepaid. Blank goods are subject to 10% restocking fee for the returned merchandise.
COVID-19 Carrier Delay Policy
Please note FedEx, UPS, and USPS carriers are experiencing an unprecedented surge in package volume due to COVID-19 that has resulted in temporary service delays. We will continue to offer our Rush / Super Rush Services to expedite production, but we are unable to guarantee firm in hands dates due to these carrier delays. We are unable to provide any shipping refund / credit requests for missed in hands date due to carrier delays. When placing your order, please allow additional transit time to accommodate for these delays.
